Beautiful location. Very clean, so close to downtown but in a sense removed (down a block or so) so it seems so peaceful and a great location for a getaway. Gym is very nice and they have a beautiful little walking path along the river. Has a nice bar and restaurant in house as well that even serves breakfast!

Great location in the heart of Napa. Lots of things to do walking distance. The hotel is really well maintained, rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the hotel was really good.

Before I stayed here I was a little nervous due to being charged twice for my stay but called them and they corrected. I stayed here for work and I am not really sure I can say a lot of great things. The room is clean and pretty. Quiet. The hot water could be hotter…. Nothing special. The site is located in great spot. That is truly the only huge plus! The service for check in was great. The restaurant is not a restaurant the menu is five items. I did order a cheese board and it was not great. Tasted like very generic grocery store items. The bartender was very nice! I have yet to receive my bill and yet can see an extra $130 charge on my Amex card (ugh) since I didn’t order room service or do anything other than sleep … I did watch tv to fall asleep each night… no water NOTHING so I am interested to see what the charge is BUT I can’t get anyone to send me the bill. I have called and pressed every number and getting the run around!!! I hope tomorrow they answer the phone and send the bill. Once I see the charges I can update.

The toilet paper was rough they could use some much softer toilet paper but that is my only complaint.

My husband and I were so excited about coming to napa for the first time and were so disappointed with the service here, first of all we saw on the website that check in was at 3pm so we got there at 3, the girl at the front desk told us that check in was at 4pm, we said no problem and sat down with our luggages, we watched everyone that just got to the hotel check in with no problem. A little bit after 4pm we finally had enough and told her that we have been waiting for our room and everyone has been checking in with no problems, her answer was that : SHE GOT DISTRACTED AND DIDN'T SEE US. (There is a huge couch in front of the front desk) we've been sitting there about 10 feet from her for over an hour. Extremely disappointed with the service. Room was beautiful but definitely never coming here again after that.

Quiet. Dog friendly. River walk is beautiful. Bar made a very good bloody mary. Fire pits outside cozy. Car chargers a bit sparse. Moderate walk to downtown but am easy Uber.

I absolutely loved this little inn. The decor is modern and cozy and romantic. There are fire pits outside, each room has a balcony, the gym is small but it's got the essentials. The restaurant has a very limited menu but the food is good and the service is great! My fiancé and are already looking forward to staying here on our next trip to Napa
